About All Right
All Right is a U.S.-based, online education company that specializes in teaching English to European students from ages 3-15. The teaching material is based around the Cambridge Starters, Movers and Flyers curriculum. They also offer course topics, such as Minecraft, cooking, LOL dolls, and animals. Classes are conducted on an exclusive teaching platform where students can enjoy private 25 or 55-minute lessons. Students can also join a variety of group conversation classes about topics that interest them. All Right has operations in over 30 countries across Europe, and are rapidly expanding their student and teacher bases.

At least a B2 level of proficiency in English
A Bachelors degree in Education (or similar), OR a teaching certificate (TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA or other).
Requires fluent English plus either Polish, Italian, Czech, Slovak, Hebrew, Ukrainian, or Romanian (B1+ level)
All Right Minimum Hours
15 hours per week during peak hours:
UTC+3 time zone (16:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday, and 11:00 to 21:00 on weekends)

Up to $12 USD/hour, depending on experience and location
All Right Application Process
1. Submit application and pass pre-screening.
2. Submit a 10 minute self-recorded video interview
In the video interview teachers will answer a few questions about their experience and background, and do a 5 minute demo lesson.
For the 5-minute demo portion, imagine that you are having a lesson with a 7 year old student that is beginner or elementary level. You will need to record a 5-minute demo lesson, using your own plan and materials.
3. Complete a three hour training course.
4. Final on-boarding meeting
- Check that the equipment is working and that the teaching profile is complete. They also check ID and qualifications during this meeting.
5. Teacher profile activation - Start teaching!
