Qkids Application Process
1. Fill out the initial application
The company will review it for basic requirements and teaching experience. Qualified applicants will be invited to schedule an interview.
2. Demo Interview #1
At this stage, Qkids wants you to demonstrate knowledge of the platform and its games, show your teaching style and personality, test your internet connection, and do a short role-play demonstration. You do not have to teach a full class at this stage.
(You can submit the documents for your background check after completing interview #1)
3. Demo Interview #2
After you pass Interview #1, you will have to do what they call a “long class role-play.” This is a full 30-minute mock class. All preparation materials are provided beforehand.
4. Trial classes:
After you pass the Demo Interview #2, you will have to teach 2-5 trial classes to gauge real parents’ feedback. If you successfully complete these classes with no bad reviews, you get offered a contract.
5. Contract
If you pass the Trial Classes, you will get offered a contract. They are six months long.
