first future Class Type
most are 25 minutes, some are 55 minutes
1-on-1, small group (2-5 students), and large group (6+ students)

Young learners and teenagers - approximately 4-18 years
first future Requirements
first future Peak Teaching Times
Peak hours:
8:00-21:00 Mon-Fri, 09:00-21:00 Saturday and Sunday (All in Beijing time / GMT+8)
Teachers can choose to have a fixed schedule or flexible schedule:
Fixed schedules are usually 15-20 hours/week. Some teachers have 30-40 hours a week guaranteed. Teachers who are offered a fixed schedule will receive 100% pay for every teaching hour they are guaranteed, with or without class!
Teachers on a flexible schedule can open and close teaching hours whenever they choose. No minimum teaching hours are required
first future Pay
Base pay: $8-16 per hour
Class bonuses: up to $4 per hour (Bonuses are calculated based on monthly attendance (number of classes missed)
Additional performance raises offered based on number of classes taught, up to an additional $3 per hour
first future Application Process
1) Submit Application:
Complete the online application form (above or below). Non-native applicants will be asked to record a short reading passage for screening.
2) Interview and Short Mock Class:
Qualified Applicants will be invited to attend a 25-minute Interview and Mock Class. They will receive a short class clip beforehand and some useful resources to help prepare. The interview mainly focuses on teaching skills and confidence.
3) New Teacher Training:
Applicants will be asked to complete a short, self-study course in the First Future online E-Academy. The course usually takes around 60 minutes to complete and contains the key teaching methodology followed by orientation and background information about the company.
4) Final Mock Class:
After completing the training, applicants will be asked to attend a final Mock Class with a member of the First Future Training Team. Pass the Mock Class and you will be ready to begin teaching!
