Twenix is a Spanish e-learning startup that focuses on providing short, conversation-based English lessons to business professionals in Spain and Italy.

They also offer courses and webinars to their teachers to help them constantly grow in their careers.

All Twenix students are adult-aged, business professionals.
Twenix Minimum Hours
There are no minimum hours required on the Twenix platform.
Twenix also Twenix offers a penalty-free class transfer system, enabling you to reschedule classes when unexpected events arise.
You can set your availability to accept last-minute classes, ensuring your schedule stays consistently full.
Twenix Pay (salary)
Pay rates vary from country to country based on the cost of living and local market rates.
For example:
UK: 13-15€/hour
Argentina: 7-11€/hour
Seasonal bonuses can boost pay rates by as much as 20%.
Your rate will be confirmed during the selection process. The initial application form takes approximately five minutes if your CV/resume is already prepared.
Incremental incentive structure: Loyalty is rewarded by enhanced earnings, so by completing more classes, you can increase your rate incrementally. Starts after your first 100 classes.
A Wise account is required for receiving payments from Twenix.

Twenix Peak Teaching Times
Currently, Twenix students are located in Spain and Italy, which share a time zone (UTC +2).
Peaks hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 10am and 16:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
To get a general idea of the hours, convert your time zone to Spain & Italy’s shared timezone (UTC +2)
Class times align with teachers' natural waking hours in North America.
Twenix Application Process
1.) Application form (~5-10 minutes)
Visit the Twenix website and fill out the the application form. It consists of approximately 20 questions. You will need to fill in:
your contact information,
your nationality,
your country of residence,
your teaching certificates,
your teaching experience,
your availability,
your Spanish or Italian language ability, and
your approach to various teaching scenarios (multiple choice).
You also must upload a copy of your resume or CV.
2.) Demo Videos (~20-30 minutes)
If approved, you will receive an email within a few business days containing your salary offer and a request to submit two, short demo videos.
Video #1 (3 mins long)
Demonstrate how you would use a pre-set list of topic questions to introduce and lead a conversation class.
Video #2 (3 mins long)
Demonstrate how you would provide error corrections, suggest supplementary learning, and give a performance summary after seeing a sample conversation between a tutor and a student.
3.) Onboarding Process
Once you have passed the video tasks, you'll be asked to create a Twenix account and load your ID, then you'll be able to access an onboarding course. In this course, you'll quickly learn:

Do & Don'ts to succeed
As soon as you've finished the course and your ID has been validated, you'll have access to open slots and receive students straight away.
4.) Start Teaching
Unlike many other companies, you can start teaching from Day 1 of being approved. This is because Twenix assigns classes to teachers with open time slots at random. There is no need to market yourself or “build up” your profile.

You won’t know your salary offer until after your complete the first step in the application process
However, this takes only five to ten minutes. You can choose whether or not you would like to proceed after seeing your offer.
